Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. 3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control. European Union & EEA: 7–15 business days Rest of the world: 10–20 business days 4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website for current offers. 5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated after dispatch. 6. Transfer of Responsibility Once your order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation with tracking number has been sent to you, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. The Leo Bag is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit after the shipment confirmation has been issued. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that The Leo Bag's responsibility ends at the point of dispatch. Any claims regarding lost or delayed packages after shipment confirmation must be directed to the relevant shipping carrier using the provided tracking number. 7. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT is included in the product price where applicable. For orders delivered outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. 8.
