Return & Refund Policy — The Leo Bag Last updated: 3 June 2026 1. Our Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the date your tracking confirmation email was sent, in accordance with our Shipping Policy. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: • The item must be unused and in its original condition • The item must be in its original packaging • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email) • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment confirmation date 2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer • Items returned without prior approval from The Leo Bag • Items returned outside the 30-day return window • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty) 3. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@geafirst.com within 30 days of your shipment confirmation. Include the following information in your email: • Your order number • The reason for your return • Photos of the item if it is damaged or faulty We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions. Do not send items back without receiving prior written approval from us — unapproved returns will not be accepted. 4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as The Leo Bag is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. 5. Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@geafirst.com within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note: as stated in our Shipping Policy, once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. Damage claims resulting from transit issues must therefore be directed to the relevant carrier. The Leo Bag is not liable for damage caused during shipping. 6. Refunds If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note: • Original shipping costs are non-refundable • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider. EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Rights If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (the "cooling-off period") without providing a reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this statutory minimum and applies in its place.
